Cheese and Herb Pinwheels
We went a savory direction this time, we took our signature roll dough and made it a little less sweet. Then we filled it with a mix of ricotta, chevre and parmesan cheeses. Flavored with garlic and Herbs de Provence, after baking we brush them with garlic butter.
