One of our specialties is bread puddings. Melissa learned how to make bread pudding from her mother when she was a child. Her favorite way to eat them is warmed up with some ice cream.
Mom's Bread Pudding
This is the original recipe that Melissa was taught by her mom. We use our Challah, Sourdough, Potato, Wheat, and Cardamom Challah Breads and add Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
Everything Bread Pudding
We add our Salted Caramel Walnut Banana Bread to the mix of breads and then add even more Salted Caramel Walnuts.
Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
We add our cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls. This means when you eat it you get pockets of cream cheese frosting and caramel.
Emma’s Apricot Raspberry Bread Pudding
Our daughter Emma created this using our Apricot Raspberry Bread along with our usual mix. It has fantastic flavor, and has become one of our most popular bread puddings.
Gingerbread Bread Pudding
Our Gingerbread Bread Pudding is a seasonal favorite and can only be found at events during December and January. You can order it online all year long, we add Gingerbread to our normal mix of yeast breads and add to the top a caramel glaze.
Spiced Pear and Cranberry Bread Pudding
Spiced Pear and Cranberry is another Seasonal Favorite and again you can only get online after January and before December. We use our Spiced Pear and Carberry Bread along with our normal line up and top this with a light vanilla glaze. You get the warm spices and the tartness of the cranberries.
