Gluten Free Zucchini Breads
For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum
For this, we chop up fresh apples and add those to the bread. Then, we add warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. We top it with our oat streusel.
For this, we add lemon zest, lemon juice, and a little lemon extract to give you a burst of lemon flavor. We top it off with our light sugar streusel.
