Gluten Free Apricot Raspberry
For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum
This is one of our signature flavors. Melissa and Emma created it together one night, and it has become one of our best sellers ever since.
We take apricots and blend them into the batter. Then, we toss in a generous number of raspberries before topping it with our light streusel. This gives you a bread that is both sweet from the apricots and tart from the raspberries.
