Gluten Free Blueberry
For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum
We love berries and could think of nothing better than a creamy vanilla loaf of bread with big whole blueberries throughout. We then top it with our light streusel.
