Gluten Free Cranberry Orange
For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum
Orange and Cranberry have always been a good combination. In our Cranberry Orange Bread, we only use locally grown and produced cranberries from Crannies. Crannies are grown and produced in Gearhart, Oregon.
We love using local products. We use real butter and an orange juice for the bread base. We then top it with our light streusel.
