Gluten Free Orange Cream
For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum
Orange Cream is one of our signature flavors. When Melissa was a teenager, she would go to Oklahoma City to visit her Great Aunt, and she would always serve her orange sherbet swirled with vanilla ice cream. That orange cream flavor is what Melissa was out to capture with this bread. She uses real orange segments and adds vanilla to get that flavor.
