Gluten Free Sweet Potato


For our Gluten Free Breads, we use the same flour blend for all of them. What is in our blend? Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Xantham Gum


We started making Sweet Potato Bread many years ago at the request of a fellow vendor at a Farmers Market in Kansas. He asked because he had not been able to find anyone who "made it right". Melissa decided to take on the challenge. She nailed it and has been making it since.
