Kentucky Breakfast is Cinnamon, Apricots and Bourbon. We take the Apricots and cook them down with real cinnamon sticks and Bourbon for hours to infuse the flavor. You get a real cinnamon kick with this Jam. Its great on toast, or use it for baking.
